    A mix of challenges and learning that shaped my professional growth.
    The good thingsI’ve learned a lot and had the chance to work with some great people. There were definitely challenges along the way, but those also helped me grow and understand more about myself and the industry.
    The challengesOverall, my experience was good, but I think there’s still room for improvement in how feedback and development opportunities are handled. A bit more focus on employee growth and recognition would go a long way in keeping people motivated.

    Working for 9 yrs now. first few years was good. Then pandemic came, and all good things were gone.
    The good thingsAre gone!. . . the good things are gone!. . . No more Vacation leaves, no more annual salary raise. Since pandemic, every good things were gone.
    The challengesYou have to keep yourself motivated to go to work. No raise for 5 yrs now.

    The challengesthey will make you feel like you are in English class. Within 1 month of training, you'll be wasting a week for that.

    HAPPY BUT YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND THE COMPANY
    The good thingsThe people are so very friendly and the account is not stressful. Then the TL is good and always motivates you.
    The challengesYou need to understand the company and the agents are not so compensated. Also, there are some delays with the salary and the management is not working on it.

    Promises are words that just gives false hope.
    The good thingsI like my team mates. We are so good vibes with each other. We always help one another and enjoy working inside the office even though the salary is not so great.
    The challengesWhen a new Account Manager handled our department, everything went sideways. Things were never the same, gone were the good old days and many of my fellow Tech Consultants left the company.

    Everything is business. Drinking Water is the only for free.
    The good thingsI've travel abroad for free, but it's also because of my work performance. They shoulder airfare and accommodation for the top agents and the rest of the expenses will be yours :)
