    Overall, Azeus is a good company.
    The good thingsFree snacks. Semi-flexible working hours. Nice co-workers. You get to work with other teams and projects, and they recognize you for that. Yearly salary increase if your performance is good.
    The challengesI sometimes feel that we are not appreciated enough or the work that our team is doing. Another is the policy for overtime work rendered. You only get a reimbursable meal allowance; no night differential pay. The technology used is a bit outdated for an IT company.

    The challengesBecause this is a CMMI Level 5 company, you need to produce high-end things. Pressure is there, but the management and team will be there for you to lessen that.

    The good thingsIt's great to work here. The working environment is easy, happy and cool. Snacks is abundant. Company/team/personal celebrations always come with food. Everyone is friendly from the top executive down to the helpers.
    The challengesIt takes a very long time to move up in terms of position. Some employees have had their positions for the longest time. Although they enjoy what they do, it shows that you would probably experience the same. Unless you enjoy what you do, you will want to go somewhere else.

    The good thingsFree food at supplies last. You can sleep in between work. Very kind and supportive officemates. Heads of the company are very approachable and friendly. Enjoyable company activities. No office dramas.

    A great place to start your career
    The good thingsThe company has a good working environment. My office mates were good to me and they are all very accommodating. They also give the basic necessities of the employees for free like foods. They understand what their employees need. They give them time and place to rest (could be compensated by working an additional hour/s); recreational areas where they can relax in between works.

    The good thingsThe greatest asset of this company is its own people. Good working environment is very important and one of the things that makes a good working environment are positive people.
