    Very bad management, very low pay, displeasing benefits, stressful working environment not worth the pay
    The good thingsOpportunity to meet different residents in the village. Some of them are quite nice to the employees and very generous with giving gifts especially every December.
    The challenges- For something that is bearing the name AYALA, the pay was very low, it has displeasing benefits, even no salary increase. - VERY BAD MANAGEMENT. - No work life balance. You'll get calls and viber messages even at 8:00pm and every weekends. - Stressful working environment. You will sometimes encounter irate residents, contractors or professionals.
