Mix of friendly colleagues, good learning chances, but sometimes stress and unclear directions.
The good thingsI really like the team here, people are friendly and supportive. The company gives chances to lern and grow, and the environment is not too strickt. Feels more like family sometimes than just work, what makes it nice. Free lunch, fair wage, only dayshift, no overtime, 4 days compensated week.
The challengesSometimes communication between managment and staff could be more better, it gets confusing who to ask or wich tasks to follow. I wish there was more clear process on the tasks. Since most are so young, its somehow hard to get a standing as an older and experienced developer.

    From Beginner to Expert, Thanks!
The good thingsI joined the company as a junior and, thanks to the support, mentorship, and challenging projects, grew into a senior role over the years.
The challengesThe challenges are what you expect when working in a company.

It’s a good place to work, people are helpful and you can definitely learn a lot there.
The good thingsThe team is usually friendly and everyone’s really supportive. Management’s daily on site and easy to talk to and pretty clear about what’s going on. The office is big, clean and comfy, with everything you need to get stuff done. Its very central in the Clark Center with many restaurants and stores around. They care about helping you grow with training and mentoring, which is nice. The work-life balance is okay, with flexible hours and the option to work from home on Friday or having compensated working weeks (4 days with more hours, Friday no work). Pay and benefits are (in my experience) above average. They provide always free food, lunch, snacks and beverages.
The challengesLike any company, it’s not perfect. Sometimes, communication between some team members could be more professional and calm. It gets maingay sometimes, which doesnt really need to happen. Also, management has pretty high expectations when it comes to quality, which can feel overwhelming at times. We also have to rework the code too many times before it gets ok or approved. Maybe that’s just how it is working for a German company.

Good place to work if you want friendly people, learn alot from international projects, and dont mind sometimes busy days.
The good thingsEveryone is friendly and easy to work with. The boss is always approchable and listens if you have ideas or any concern. I also enjoy working on international projects, you learn alot and improve your skills fast. Work enviroment is relaxed and not toxic, and they respect work-life balance. They enrolled for my project a 4-days week, which makes it perfect to travel home on weekend.
The challengesSometimes work can get really busy when projects from Europe all come at once, so you need to ajust to diffrent time zones. Since the team is small, if someone is absent, you might need to handle extra tasks.

You won't be able to enjoy working here.
The good thingsAll government mandated contributions are paid 50% from employer and 50% from employee. Free lunch and beverages.
The challengesHR doesn't have the capabilities to handle employee's concern. Late payslip. Force OT work without paid. Noisy dog. HR will buy snacks and beverages but some of it will be at her drawer.
