It’s a good place to work, people are helpful and you can definitely learn a lot there. The good thingsThe team is usually friendly and everyone’s really supportive. Management’s daily on site and easy to talk to and pretty clear about what’s going on. The office is big, clean and comfy, with everything you need to get stuff done. Its very central in the Clark Center with many restaurants and stores around. They care about helping you grow with training and mentoring, which is nice. The work-life balance is okay, with flexible hours and the option to work from home on Friday or having compensated working weeks (4 days with more hours, Friday no work). Pay and benefits are (in my experience) above average. They provide always free food, lunch, snacks and beverages.
The challengesLike any company, it’s not perfect. Sometimes, communication between some team members could be more professional and calm. It gets maingay sometimes, which doesnt really need to happen. Also, management has pretty high expectations when it comes to quality, which can feel overwhelming at times. We also have to rework the code too many times before it gets ok or approved. Maybe that’s just how it is working for a German company.
