    A well organized company with established systems in place.
    The good thingsGood company, somewhat average salary, but generous bonuses. There are many good people, though some are difficult to deal with just try to understand them.
    The challengesYour bonus depends on your performance. It’s tough if you get assigned to a problematic site, your rating and bonus will likely go down.

    They helped me to widen my knowledge on how real estate process is.
    The good thingsThey are attentive to my questions. They always see whats good in their employee and celebrate every acheivement they have met. Axeia has a great enviroment my team have helped to be a better person. They have a lot of humor.
    The challengesMy challenges I have encountered is one the first week because I am not familiar to their process, forms and terminologies but after a week or more the process is very simple.

    The challengesThe most challenging part in my job was facing with the customers/buyers/clients. I was a turnover engineer and my role is to turnover the unit to the respective owner 100% complete. Didnt want to be a customer service assistant after all ^^ but I love the unit checking part of my job.
