    The challengesVery stressful working here, not worth it. No job security here. You're only good for them if you deliver, but one single mistake and you're history. Not a considerate company, unreasonable timeframe of providing your deliverables, no work life balance, not employee centric at all!

    The challengesManagement is a bit untrusting to their employees. Work / life balance is not present even though they have too many employee engagements. Some people are very rude and they prioritize their KPIs more than their customers.
