    The challengesI don't have bad experience working for Awesome OS. From the name itself it was really awesome and I had a great time working in this company. It helped me grow as an individual and as a working professional.

    The good thingsCoolest BPO in the metro. Some accounts are chill, the training program will prepare you for your client interview. The trainers are also helpful and approachable.
    The challengesDoesn't provide a yearly increase. While the account is chill and non-toxic, your co-workers will give you stress due to unresponsiveness. Team Leads sometimes tolerate that kind of behavior.

    The challengesFew Challenges for this company are when the time we have volumes of calls but it is quite normal in the company when you have a lot of calls in queue. It means that the company is working very well.
