It's a great experience.
The good thingsI enjoy working here because of the employer's help in building my communication skills by answering every dealer's inquiry and letting me experience a lot of things other than taking care of the database I manage. Also allowing me to be trusted in dealing with cash counts and deposit.
The challengesThe only challenge I found working here was when we had to transfer into the new workplace and had to go manual in everything. We took a lot of time and patience in dealing with every Dealer in answering their inquiries and order slips.

The good thingsI enjoy working here because my Manager was so nice to me and she give me some incentives every time I have recruits new dealer and also if the monthly sales is high. And also I have meet some friends. We go some other places to market Avon Company and also we find new recruits as a new dealer.
The challengesThe challenges working here is that you have to maintain the sales or need to have high sales every month. Plus, you need to have more recruits as a new dealer so that you're sales every month could be more higher.

The good thingsI have learned so much from this company. Not only have I met a lot of people where I developed my interpersonal skills. This job made me become a person who can "Multi task" thus finishing every project with ease.
The challengesThe long and sometimes ungodly hours we have to stay in the office just to finish the deliverables needed the following day.
This being said, time with your family is most of the time being compromised.
