    The good thingsthis company train me how to handle workloads under pressure. i've learn so many things and also how to socialize. good employer indeed! but not in salary.
    The challengesin my first week/month I've struggled because this is may first time to assign in office work but on help of my co-workers and guidance of my boss, I learn. I thank them for their patience and trust on me. I've grown and learn a lot because of the help of them. and now i can share my knowledge and my abilities for my future employer.

    The good things- Rice subsidy for trimester - good relations with colleagues & bosses - help each employee on their personal matters the possible they can - efficiency at work - supervised your work if needed to minimize error
    The challengesIt is challenge for me everytime we have a bulk of shipments from various origins and this has to be imported to Manila, Philippines. It is also a challenge for me when these orders has to be consolidated for one time shipment. I have to be detailed with its instructions, expenses and other details in order to ship this in good condition and timely manner.
