    The good thingsThe co workers are nice, its fun to work in aventus due to the environment.
    The challengesThe HR asking again for papers which you already given but they tend to ask again even to the point that my maternity benefits after giving birth for 2 years already they ask for the same documents same with my atm details asking so many times. and also lack of nurse as always in the philippines.

    The challengesIn my almost five years of full time and part time work relationship with Aventus, I would say that the challenging part is the constant change and improvements in the processes. It all seems hard and uncomfortable in the beginning, but always a good one as it ball-rolled.

    The good thingsI enjoyed meeting a variety of other health professionals and working with them to see a wide variety of patients.
    The challengesI would occasionally get difficult or demanding patients who complain of long queues. This has improved since most are now seen on an appointment basis throughout the pandemic.

    Aventus way.
    The good thingsComfortable working condition and environment. The staffs are friendly and easy to get along with. The heads and manager are accommodating and approachable which made it easy to express concerns regarding work.
    The challengesSince it is a big company handling different accounts patients would sometimes come in bulk it was always a challenge to stay fresh and maintain energy until the end of the day and to face each patients as if they were your first.

    The good thingsThe salary for moonlighting general practitioners is competitive. From 1,600-1800/ day. I was an on-call physician so I can choose time and place for APE/PEME/Consultation. Their PE forms are comprehensive. Their mobile team of nurses are efficient. Their mobile cubicles, facilities are clean and always complete.
    The challengesSince I was on-call, I needed to claim my check every cut-off. It was a hassle going to their office and having to encash the checks at a specific BDO branch. You will see an average of 40-45 patients every duty. APE/PEME is a no-brainer-slash-routine type of work so if you are not used to this, 40-45 patients can get boring. There are also days (even weeks) without calls which means, no work.

But at the end of the day you must think the Health Life and Work that we have to embrance change..to adapt and excel..to commit to a common vision...to value time..to commit to patient-centered care..to perfect our craft..to have passion for excellence and to work to Lead.
