Highly bureaucratic with redundant management processes and not cutting edge benefits

The good things- Free lunch and coffee are nice. - Gaming area and sleeping couch for recreation are perfect for relieving work stress. - Work life balance is good. - No weekend and night shifts.

The challenges- No clear career path - Perks are reduced over time as you increase tenure in the company - Inconsistent and highly sophisticated company policies for a small/mid scale company - They always take pride about being a European company but payscale is too average and benefits not even topnotch. - Tech stack is not the cutting edge in the market despite claiming to be expert in modern e-commerce. - Too many managers and less developers. c is not taken seriously. - Only 1 dependent free for HMO
