My tenure at AVECS CorporationThe good thingsIt was a great learning experience. You never get bored because work is so diverse. And in my experience, management is very supportive with each and every project I was involved/working in. From the first day I joined the company, it was a non-stop learning that brought me to places I've never been before. At the end of the day, my stay in the company can be summarized into working, learning & enjoyment.
The challengesBecause of the diversity of work, You have to balance your time being at multiple field works & doing office works. Often it requires you to execute responsibilities beyond normal working hours. You should have nerve of steel and never break under pressure. Being STRESSED should be considered as just sweet DESSERTS!
