    A decent company/workplace in case you're starting your own career, but not suitable for long-term.
    The good thingsA good place to start your career and gain experience, if you're a fresh-graduate.
    The challengesWork policies can still be improved and conveyed 'properly' to the employees, especially that the nature of the management along with the environment (and the HR) is "Pro-Company" itself. Lastly, poor in 'Welfare and Benefits' despite having "6-Day" work.

    A good place to continue your career, but not advisable to start a new one.
    The good thingsThe company gives its employees the right amount of freedom in doing their tasks. The compensation and benefits are also top grade.
    The challengesHowever, the middle management - esp. those who have already worked with the company for a decade or so - needs trainings on leadership roles and stress management.

    The good thingsThe company provides free training to its employees regardless of employment status (Probationary or Regular), systematic approach to policy making which covers every contingency of a particular provision, fun workplace and family-like colleagues, good employee engagement and there's always an opportunity for career advancement especially if you're hardworking.
    The challengesSalary is not competitive; incentives are scarce especially to back offices. Lots of paperwork and overly compliant design of its compressed work week schedule.

    The good thingsI have learned a lot from my boss, who professionally balances work and family. I have developed into a more responsible, strong-willed and empowered individual, who is not afraid to interact with the other bosses/executives.
    The challengesI could say that the only challenging part is that there were times when work can be overwhelming, but if you know how to prioritize and learn to assign other tasks to people you know who could handle it well, every thing will be just done effectively.

    There are a lot of things to learn that will help you grow.
    The good thingsGood working environment that makes you work comfortably. You are free to do your job as long as you follow company rules. There are a lot of opportunity to learn from challenges given to you but it is always up to you how you adapt and fight back.
    The challengesTop management should talk to each other. Please also conduct a team-building activity (company expense). The employees need it not just to improve teamwork but to relax. Have the employees define their job and let them be responsible for it instead of asking for a result from a different employee.
