Worst management I’ve ever been on
The good thingsThe kids and the work made this job bearable
The challengesNo HR to help resolve conflicts. They always take the side of the foreign management even though certain rules don’t apply locally.

The experience career wise was good. The supervisors are very knowledgable. However, due to the lack of accreditation for the therapist themselves there is little to no acknowledgement outside the company
The good thingsTraining and facilities are good
The challengesNot licensed therapist. Growth entirely dependent within the company. No HR to answer internal squabbles.

    Fulfilling but not worth while
The good thingsField is very fulfilling especially helping families of kids with special needs
The challengeswork environment is very stressful -- makes working there very toxic and not healthy for one's personal growth company does not give enough opportunities for staff to grow professionally in the field
