Quite the perfect 'first time' job for me!The good thingsThe department I was assigned to was close-knit and considerate. The team felt like an actual small family and the manager was quite the protective, stern mother figure. The people from the other departments were also very friendly and sometimes, random friendships are borne out of the daily phone-to-phone interactions. It was really fun, and great!
The challengesThe challenges that I faced during my term in the company and the department was... I guess it would be the particularly nasty customers. I mean, it is a norm in the industry, I understand, so over time, I simply learned to deal with it and deal better with it whenever I happen upon it.
But with regard to the company, I really didn't stumble upon any challenge with their management or culture. It was great for me.
