Great culture. Rare promotions & little to no increase
The good thingsPeople are great. Management takes care of people. Transparent with future plans. Gives recognition. Good for career growth. Healthy team competition & coordination. Work/life balance.
The challengesThey give you recognition for the things you did well but usually not rewarded. No increase during regularization (low chance of getting increase at all).

The good thingsI learned a lot and felt like my second home. People are nice and fun to work with you can get along with anyone easily. The staffs and the employees are very approachable, in a few months you'll feel that you are already a part of the company.

Managers aren't doing well in their jobs
The good things- good working environment
- excellent resources (computers and such)
The challenges- most managers look like they don't know what they're doing
- some executive decisions are not well thought out and affects the developers
