Very Low Salary for 5 years of working as a engineer and as a crestron programmer, Sales person are more important than their engineers

The good thingsServing Clients and make them happy of what i have done to their house

The challengesLazy Sales personnel are more important to them than their hardworking engineers. Engineers treat as a construction worker. Engineers has a low salary like a construction worker
