    The good thingsEmployees are empowered to function well into their positions. The company is productivity based and significant amount of stress is taken away and what is left is a good balance between life and work. The management also genuinely listens to their employees and implements continuous improvement. Politics is practically non-existent because every one is on equal footing and the culture is well defined and purely based on growth-mentality
    The challengesStill a bit small and clients differ in temperament, but always upholds what is best for the employees. The company grows slowly as it prefers doing all the right things rather than scale up fast and miss out on the basics.

    How is it like working in Atticus?
    The good thingsAtticus has taught how to be an open communicator and I think it is the best asset of the company. It simply shows that they value the ideas and suggestions of their employees, that you should not be afraid to ask for a help, and it removes the gap between the boss and the employee.     The challengesThe challenges are very minimal. They don't have established process yet which is very common with start-up companies. I know that little by little, they will do something about it. Despite this, I still rate Atticus as a great employer! :)

    The good thingsThis company changed my point of view in mediocrity and opened my mind to releasing my potential. Great staff and management. They're very supportive and willing to help you not just within the company but also, they make sure that you'll have a very good career opportunity outside of their company as well. People treat each other as family so I'd say I found my second family.
    The challengesNothing much on this end. They make sure that the challenges you encounter are addressed. But during my stay, I'd say the time keeping tool that they're using are a bit of a challenge. So you gotta be diligent in checking it most of the time.

    The good thingsThe best bosses and leaders. They mentor, reach out to people, and always check if their employees are still enjoying their work or having a hard time. They ask for feedback/s and give solutions or assistance to every situation and make sure that you are growing with the company. No politics, no drama and great environment. You will surely enjoy every minute you are spending in the office.
    The challengesNone. As I've said, they will make your work life easy and they are at your side if you need something. It's up to you how you will ask, request or tell them if you need additional information or tools so you can work better. Take note, they act as if they are just your regular friend and not a boss. People are all friendly. Great environment.
