    The good thingsVery open to innovation and supportive management. People there are friendly and approachable.
    The challengesAll the business units are understaffed. Everyone is working long hours no work life balance.

    The good thingsTheir very generous with trainings (usually related to finance) to help employees how the business works. There's a lot of project, lot of opportunities for the company to grow. Average on the salary and benefits, what you can usually expect for a relatively new company.
    The challengesExtended working hours everyday probably because of high turnover. Although, this might apply to my department only. Systems should improve.
