    Management is really problematic.
    The good thingsThe management on my account is really cool however, the HR and other teams on the company are problematic.
    The challengesMy salary increase is still pending without giving any updates. HR is changing their decisions without providing a prompt updates.

    The good thingsCollaborative Work Environment: I truly enjoyed the collaborative work environment at my last company. Everyone was open to sharing ideas, and teamwork was encouraged across all levels, The company was dedicated to fostering the professional growth of its employees. Regular training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs were available, which allowed me to enhance my skills and develop new ones.
    The challengesAside from the travel time from my place to the office I don't have any other challenges working for this company.

    The good thingsGood working environment, Work life balance, Approachable managers and co-workers, good working schedules, no force OT's if not needed.
    The challengesAs a campus hire we have a lower basic salary than regular hired employees but we have the same work loads and work description. I hope after campus hires get regularized they considered increasing our salary to at least be the same as a regular employees.

    The good thingsLong time employees are great to work with but the newly promoted ones expect hardships and stress
    The challengesHR does not respond to you right away, hr and payroll does not communicate, management does not listen for feebldbacks from employees.

    The good thingsDepend to your project but there are accounts that you can develop.
    The challengesHR worst. ATM delayed, HR head and process are the worst. Onboarding HR will ask you too many IDs. Attrition is high because how HR treating its people.

    The challengesThe politics and the quality of the new employees. They now hire incompetent and inexperienced managers and employees. Atos has regressed into a gateway for career shifters.

    The good thingsCompensation and benefits are really good but what make me love this company are my boss and colleagues. It's like you are not really working, no pressure and really supportive. This is based on the account that I am in. I cannot exactly tell how it goes on other accounts.
    The challengesIt would be really great if there would be a larger sleeping quarters and a gym.
