    The experience is rewarding and fulfilling.
    The good thingsWorking in Atomy Philippines lets you experience the importance of culture, teamwork, and trust. It's also a rewarding place to be expose in an international environment where you can grow and connect with different people in and outside of the Philippines, together uplifting others, with purpose. This is a very generous company where you can imagine yourself staying for many many years.
    The challengesThe challenges are adaptable. As long as you are passionate, driven, and you have a heart into the things you do with purpose and positive attitude.

    great products - terrible service
    The good thingsgreat products - shame about the service
    The challengeslack of transparency lack of customer care obstructive when you are trying to get issues fixed terrible service when things are no correct - nobody wants to know or do anything - just bury their head and make like nothing happened. The code of conduct & what actually happens are very different things - thats across the board management are non responsive

    The challengesManagement has a very poor communication with the employee. Asking personal reason during VL application. Not following the SOP and allowing lower management to decide.

    Project Base Employees - No Full-Time
    The good thingsYou have a privilege to travel and work. Employees have product benefits every month. They have incentive bonus at the end of the year. They have a high salary compensation.
    The challengesNo grace time period. Majority of hired employees are Project Based which means you will have government benefits except for health card and leave allowance. Challenge is you need to learn Korean before you become a regular employee and travel to Korea to meet the CEO.

    The good thingsbecause we have tried.almost all products and its simply amaze me like no one before,your using it yet your earning too is'nt it great.
    The challengesoftentimes you experience rude clients or negative person,the thought that you have expalain everything but still they're negativity drag them,so we cannot help it.
