    Dynamic Company with Good Leadership!
    The good thingsI really like the mentorship and continuous learning that they provide, it inspires us to work towards the company's vision. Company is pro employee too, we can feel their genuine care for us.
    The challengesStress when there are deadlines, our bosses are relentless, but I think its still manageable since our bosses are also stressed and working hard and are hands on helping us, and Im sure its the same with other companies as well.

    Go for it if you really want to learn -crash course
    The good thingsYou will be exposed to a wide range of work experiences. You can learn a lot since you will be thrown out to actual work environment.
    The challengesManagement is still in the process of laying out the work organization and procedures. Company is also going to change their name.
