    Co-workers: Friendly, Management: Poor, Environment: Excellent, Processing: Poor , Operation: MID.
    The good thingsAdmin, Treasury department co-workers are very insightful on what are they doing. Helps me a lot on my task. The Treasury Officer helped me a lot on my task ,very accommodating to questions, very dedicated on her job and to the Head Managements.
    The challengesThis is a 24/7 job even if contract you signed only say 8 hrs. max, The Vice President expect you to be on-call anytime, anywhere with no Overtime Pay. Most of the time verbal aggression, lack of details or very late communication. Overall: Some operation were delayed just because of Bad attitude.

    Long Established Company but Toxic Management
    The good thingsThe staff were genuinely nice to me and got their support during the period I have worked with them.
    The challengesThe wife's owner does not accept suggestions and recommendations. She removed the long standing benefits of the company. Despite the fact that she was nice towards me, but I admit that she is hard towards the staff.

    A lot of talented employees worked and left the company due to the management style of the owners. Sadly, they will never change.

    It was bittersweet but overall it was a BAD one.
    The good thingsMet a FEW good intelligent & competent people (which have sinced resigned from this company for obvious reasons) that gave me wonderful insights for career growth.
    The challenges1) Poor HR support and there were a LOT of instances wherein personal information of an employee was leaked due to office gossip perpetrated by the HR. 2) Power tripping is a major issue in this company. 3) The company does not value outside of the box thinkers if it does not align with their mood. 4) Salary is as low as it can be for a corporate position and always late. 5) No proper office equipment. 6) Budgeting gets delayed by management at the last minute, causing work to slow down. 7) No room for growth.

    While the office environment was good, the poor management and lack of fair compensation ultimately overshadowed my experience, and I believe the company should be more cautious in hiring for higher positions, ensuring they do not bring in individuals with bad conduct and narcissistic behavior.
    The good thingsI worked with this company for over five years, and the office environment was great. The workspace was quiet and conducive to productivity, with a place available for gatherings like birthdays. The team culture in this regard was positive and supportive.
    The challengesHowever, there were significant challenges with management. A newly appointed General Manager frequently shouted at the sales team during meetings and used inappropriate language, creating a toxic and stressful environment. His arrogance and lack of patience made it difficult for many employees, leading to high turnover. In addition, compensation was inadequate—no sales incentives, delayed salaries, minimal HMO coverage, and no-load allowance, even though personal phones were used for work.

    The good thingsA Mixed Experience: Stability with Room for Significant Improvement 1. Good overall working environment 2. Job stability 3. Minimal interference in daily work
    The challenges1. Employer seems to lack understanding of work culture 2. Perceived lack of appreciation for employee loyalty and tenure 3. Issues with timely salary payments, especially when pay dates fall on Sundays 4. Late distribution of 13th month pay (given on the 23rd) 5. Management easily influenced by newcomers in high positions, disregarding long-standing employees' contributions 6. New hires with power can undermine experienced employees' work 7. Instances of power tripping, including unprofessional behavior like shouting at employees 8. Poor emotional control from some new managers 9. Unreasonable demands outside of work hours While the company offers initial job stability and autonomy, it struggles with significant management issues. There's often favoritism towards new hires and a disregard for long-standing employees, which can result in a challenging and frustrating work environment. Some new managers engage in power tripping and have poor emotional control, sometimes even shouting at employees. Work-life balance can be an issue, with unreasonable demands made outside of work hours. However, there is still hope for ATC HEALTHCARE INTERNATIONAL CORP. If the company is willing to reflect on and accept negative feedback, there's potential for improvement. They could enhance their policies and practices to create a more positive and respectful work environment that values all employees, regardless of their tenure.
