A newly appointed General Manager frequently shouted at the sales team during meetings and used inappropriate language, creating a toxic and stressful environment. His arrogance and lack of patience made it difficult for many employees, leading to high turnover. In addition, compensation was inadequate—no sales incentives, delayed salaries, minimal HMO coverage, and no-load allowance, even though personal phones were used for work.
