    Poor management and mediocre products. Recent management changes made it worse.
    The good thingsWork itself is exciting and challenging. Colleagues are fun to work with and atmosphere is light.
    The challengesNew management does not value employees. They treat you as if you are easily expendable even if you have proven yourself and your work. No more career path and poor communication between employees and management.

    Issue is only the management side.
    The good thingsWork is fun and exciting. Also goes with the colleagues.
    The challengesEmployees come and go on the new management. Less than 6 months they resign. Head quarters should check the management in Asia office. They tend to keep their eyes close on the issues on the superiors in Asia office. They let the elite employees go, what is left are the new ones that will also resign in the near future.

    The good thingsBrand is easy to sell being an American product. Work environment is positive. Management promotes teamwork and career growth. Opportunity to travel to foreign countries and work with international business leaders.

    constant battle
    The good thingsthe good thing in this company is you get to do a lot of travelling. the people that you work with (local) are very good in what they do and culture is light.
    The challengesthe management team needs to work on the processes within the company as well as revisit the quota for emerging markets to make it more realistic. some people are set up for failure and the upper management needs to understand the real scenario in the countries and not depend solely on the GDP - since the product that they sell are specialized for security purposes only. Also, no career pathing in this company, if you want to go up the ladder, look for other options.
