    PROBLEMATIC MANAGEMENT
    The good thingsI can't think of anything.
    The challengesDealing with the whole Family. Owner to COO (Child of Owner). Bad culture habit, there is always an exception to the rule, when the employees are tenured regardless of the position. No proper orientation given to all newly hired.
