    The good thingsEmpowerment , freedom of decision making , got a chance to launch a company from the scratch to build a million dollor company in 2 years after working for global pharma Giants . Had a full opportunity to establish each department & develop leaders , processes & compliances. Got a chance to become to get more insight on manufacturing capabilities & GMP advancement .
    The challengesThe challenge is the overall professional approach & support . While the empowerment is good the backhand support and marketing spend is very less for a start up company . Also the salary is average as an expat .
