    It is a fun and good working environment to work with.
    The good thingsThe benefits are far better than other pharmaceutical companies. I also love how the company treats the employees with fairness. Aside from the internal good reasons for staying in the company, I can say that the company really provides good service and dedication to its customers.
    The challengesThe salary is lower compared to other pharmaceutical companies. I think they should make the salary more competitive than others.

    The good thingsJapanese culture is very structured and keen on details. This has been a good training for me and has greatly contributed to my work habits and passion for excellence. They are also very honest and strongly espouse compliance in all aspects of operations. The ideals of Japanese companies is something that other companies.must follow
    The challengesMaybe a little flexibility in adjusting to cultural differences might have helped further improve the Japanese way of running the organization
