    A good company with its fair share of perks and flaws
    The good things- A pretty good starting salary for first time employees - Approachable workmates and supervisors, each with their own colorful personalities - Professionalism shown by each employee is quite remarkable - Miscellaneous benefits - Good communication
    The challenges- A quite stressful environment especially in the laboratory - Stressful shifting schedule that always happen on a weekly basis - Inadequate training at some aspects of the work
