Great company to work with, small in number but highly knowledgeable and dedicated team
The good thingsGenerous management; offers 8 hours shift with one (1) hour break included to it; that's like working for just 7 hours! They have the highest per sickness HMO benefit even for entry level position. I particularly like the free, on-stand by hot drink and light snacks daily. We even have free breakfast meal on certain day of the month. They also offer transportation and mobile allowance as part of the job offer. Performers are recognized and rewarded regularly.
The challengesFitting-in my be challenging for some if you don't have a grounded and firm disposition. It's a global emergency assistance, be ready for a fast-paced work environment. Resourcefulness, wit and common sense will help you survive the work,

    One way ticket!
The good thingsI really grew as a person here not only for my career growth but more so to my personal aspect. The management is so awesome theres no discrimination nor bounderies regarding the transparency of the group. Even if we came from different paths still we meet at the center because we have one goal.
The challengesOne of the challenges I encountered here is the vehicle of communication, bec here we use english on our transactions bec we cater international cases. Coordinating with foreign doctors really a challenge for me ofcourse bec of the time barrier and more so their assessment to our patient.
