    If Only I can choose my Boss
    The good thingsMy Previous boss were all very nice people but when there was a change in Management the new boss became greedy and never took care of the people down them only themselves were given protection.
    The challengesThe new management should have listen to the old employees and must have heard their opinion before making changes.
