    In my past 10 years in this company, I realized that I failed to meet better opportunities.
    The good thingsThe good thing about being in this company is the working schedule, which is 9am-6pm. My employers provide money for parties and outings.
    The challengesTypesetting can be challenging, but I didn't get the satisfaction because they did not give me jobs that are difficult which I know how to do, but instead they give them to other persons and jobs that land my table are jobs that are boring.

    The good thingsit is good for training gound. working environment is pretty good also. the benefits is ok but the bonuses depends on the company's financial status.
    The challengesit is always the work sked and deadlines...the machines/computers is not that high end but management support depends more on the big projects.
