    The challengesdue to the old ships/boats is the only way i dislike this company. still managable even though having without windlass it means you need manual force to tighten up the ropes.

    The good thingsi experienced a lot of monitoring and handling chief engineer on the cargo vessel and i conduct the auditing of the fuel in their vesssel but its give me a lot of pressure but i want to overcome this pressure to prove to my self that i able and capable to be better employee in the future thats why i enjoy it
    The challengesthis is the one of the challenging role i experienced , because everyday is more computation , more investigation and more pressure that i want to over come and to be succeed anyway, and this experienced as a fuel monitoring, i enhands my skill , abilty and my knowledge ,
