    working here is both a challenge and an opportunity.
    The good thingsi found great leaders that pushes me to strive and to look for much better job to explore and to enhance my talent for the benefit of my career and my future life, working here is fun and a challenge, there is no fix routine because of different problems that we encounter everyday and a job well done always before leaving work, all i can say is the people here are the best, but the management failed supporting us financially.

    The good thingsMy staff was helpful and supportive in terms of my goals for the company. They helped me settle in my job, considering that there was no proper turnover.
    The challengesThe management encourages you to think of solutions to problems. However, implementing the solutions is another story. In my stay with the company, never have I ever felt accomplished or fulfilled in my job. There was also too much blaming and some people belittle other people.
