    The good thingsThe employer help us in developing our individual skills especially when it comes to patient care. I would like to know that this hospital is well-equipped not only with high-end facilities but with talented and hardworking employees. My experience with this company helps me alot especially developing my intepersonal skills and it helps me also to do better in my craft.
    The challengesI found it challenging to get patient satisfaction especially when the team that I belong, which is the dietary department is doing our best just to provide great service to the patients. It is also a challenge for me to do new innovation with the system og the hospital because of the lack of support from the top management.
