The challenges- No work-life balance. (1st month - 1 day off per week), succeeding, additional 2 days off only.
- Work culture is different. Be cautious and alert at all times. Never trust everybody easily.
- Some doctors have CHALLENGING attitude. Know where you stand and be firm with your values. Don't let these affect you as a person.
- Management issues (attitude). Be cautious at ALL TIMES.
- Salary is average especially to rank and file. Not the best in the field.
- Operations can be stressful most of the time.
- Glorifies over working.
- Works onsite.
