Mixed FeelingsThe good things1.) Plenty of useful amenities and services within the compound makes it more convenient for staff to go by their day-to-day needs.
2.) Beautiful offices and spacious work stations make it conducive for working.
3.) Plenty of workshops / training available for employees to choose from.
4.) Great benefits given to employees (i.e. free parking, employee loan, medical, retirement, etc.).
5.) Puts a premium on camaraderie (i.e team building, staff retreat, summer outing, Christmas parties, etc.).
The challenges1.) Seems like management has not kept up with more technological advances and does things using outdated software and processes.
2.) Lots of bureaucracy.
3.) Seems like there is no equal distribution of work per Unit.
4.) Little work/life balance for some Units.
