A "never again" kind of experience.
The good thingsFree lunch, but I’m not sure if they can still afford that.
The challengesThe company has a very high turnover, which says a lot about what it’s like on the inside. Even basic things, such as government benefits, last pay, and reimbursements, were often delayed, which only added to the stress. The CEO may appear well-represented online, but the reality was completely different. The culture created from the top down was disorganized, uncaring, and honestly exhausting.

    Toxic Management, Avoid This Company
The good thingsFree meal and coffee
The challengesThe company should practice fairness toward all employees and focus on helping them improve and grow rather than resorting to termination or pressuring them into voluntary resignation. It’s also important to replace toxic leaders to create a healthier and more supportive work environment.
