    I have more than 10 years experience with this work abroad.
    The good thingsThanks God my employer and co worker are so good,but sad to say my mother company has experience economy crisis,that why most of us has been lay off,3/4 of the workers experienced it.

    I had 1 year and 4 months customer service experience in a BPO/Call Center Industry in the Philippines and 6 months in a Brokerage firm as a customs brokerage assistant. I am currently work in ARAMEX Emirates LLC, as Operation Team Member.
    The good thingsI've learn so many practical things and I enhance my skill to communication and Microsoft Office (excel).
    The challengesin operation there is always challenges like we need to work focus for doing QC \"quality control\" to avoiding wrong delivery, and for receiving the stocks in the warehouse we should need receive the items fragile to avoid damage.
