The co-employee was very friendly also sa supervisor are very kind but one thing that I don't like is the salary rate and the overtime has no paid so that I'll give you 3 🌟

    FULFILING BUT STRESSFUL
    The good thingsThe company give monthly incentives based on the company income for the month. It was a big help since the basic salary is below minimum. Leave credits is easily given to the employees. Unlike other company that you need to provide medical certificate if you leave for three days or more (but , you should report on or before three days or else you will be mark as AWOL and will receive a written warning). Over all I enjoyed being in the company inspite of the low salary due to co-workers are friendly and my immediate supervisor really do help me a lot.
    The challengesPressure, overloaded of work. The work description is not properly advocate. We use to do the back-logs of other departments. Hoping they can establish a more vivid work description for each position and be more sensitive to their employees feelings. (overloaded of works can lead to fatigue and employees to loose their interest in working for the company).

    I gained a lot of experience as an accounting assistant for almost 3 years.
    The good thingsThey let their employees to perform and manage in different assigned task. They help their employees to build their own confidence and make the best of what they can. Furthermore, they give extra credit to those employees who out-stand among the rest and set example to others.
    The challengesI think, they should build more seminar's that can hasten the confidence of their employees most especially in the department where they used to work.
