My time at this company was truly a blessing. I gained lifelong friends, and it paved the way for me to become an expert in my field.
The good thingsThis wasn’t my employer of choice initially, but even before joining, I already felt how welcoming everyone was. From the Talent Acquisition Team to HR Admin, Production, and beyond. Everyone seemed friendly. I didn’t feel pressured stepping into my role (or maybe there was pressure, but it was manageable). There were a lot of accounts available where you could profile your candidates, which made the work more flexible and dynamic. To me, this company offers a good balance between enjoying your job and still having time for your personal life.
The challengesThere’s nothing major I can think of, but perhaps they could work on innovation particularly in the recruitment process. That said, their current process is already simple and straightforward. Still, improving the overall candidate experience could be a good area to focus on. It might also help if they could align salary offers more closely with the market average across all candidates.

If you are someone looking for growth either work your way up the corporate ladder or financial independency, this company is not for you.
    The good thingsEasily accessible company.
The challengesNo amenities. Not competitive. Don't get scammed by salary appraisal, it's just a review, not an actual appraisal.

not just a Company, but a Family
The good thingsI enjoyed a lot of things in this company (no sugar coating). This was my first call center job experience and I have a lot of memories to remember back then working with the people behind Asiateleservices. Good compensation plus rewards and incentives, the atmosphere and colleagues are helpful whenever we experienced challenges at work. They boost my self-confidence and now as a college student I am now using all the lessons and experiences i've learn from them. Until now, some them are still my closest friends because we instill the family connection that we build. I will always recommend this company to those who are looking for a better opportunity.
The challengesI guess the only thing I can remember is that I couldn't easily get the operational process. (well I think that's not the problem of the company)

    Good Work Environment
The good thingsThe Company has a fun filled environment. Of course there is pressure to hit the Target but just the right amount of pressure. Management is supportive of the staff and compensation is good. Most of the members are long term employees already so there is a strong bonding and it feels like family already.
The challengesNot really challenges.. But I hope they provide consistent Training for the continued improvement of staffs. More perks and benefits.

    Good for beginners
The good thingsWorking with Asia Teleservices allow me to be more open about the BPO industry. In line with this, working environment is very good. People are accommodating. If you are a beginner as a VOIP Engineer, or if you want to enter the VOIP industry, this company is good stepping stone.
The challengesAt first, it was quite hard to understand the idea of VOIP. As a beginner, you need to do on your own as they are not providing trainings locally and abroad. But in that way, you will be able to push yourself on your limits and to be independent as well. You will learn everything on your own here.

The good thingsThe Management is great specially our President , my co-employee are great also I love going out with them. and with my Manager one of the best Boss I had, she teach me a lot specially the techniques and strategy to make our work done easily.
The challengesThe Challenge is since this is a BPO company we have co-employee in different company . The challenge is communication with them and plus the fact that we have a different culture, tradition and belief.
