    Fun employee engagement activities but highly demanding work
    The good thingsemployee engagement activities were actually fun and memorable.
    The challengesmicromanagement , CEO did not care about some employees there and would put them on a highly difficult project (especially if you did not come from one of the top universities), favoritism on some employees.

    The good thingsGreat company culture. Headhunting and recruitment has never been this fun with the company. You will also feel empowered as you will be directly working with the account's recruitment requirements. Great avenue for you to learn end to end recruitment and executive hiring.
    The challengesProbably the targets. Since the company adhere's number game in the performance metrics. Everyone is required to produce numbers but at the end of the you will realize that targets are there for you to be reminded with the industry standards.

    The good thingsIt is a good training ground for the new/fresh graduates. During the time that I was employed there, I felt the support that form my superior and together with the learning. I was also in a good company of colleagues that even though diverse. We thrive on the diversity and I am thankful to have the firm as my first company.
    The challengesAt times there are peak months wherein you need to render OT but it is fairly seldom.
