    This place is toxic, unprofessional, and mentally draining don’t work here if you value your sanity.

    The challengesToxic and stressful environment full of drama and backstabbing Poor, unprofessional management Gossip everywhere, no confidentiality Constant Criticism No support or guidance, issues exaggerated Overtime Unpaid Mentally Draining and outright unsafe for your well-being No HMO or real benefits (even though this is a healthcare company)

    Great working environment
    The good thingsThere are a lot of good things about this place. But one of the best things in this laboratory is, something that is seldomly discussed but most people actually need, great coworkers, not to mention great supervisor. One of the things that employees actually care about is their working environment and this lab got the best. Aside from that, we are given a chance to grow by providing trainings if needed and there are field works as well.
    The challengesIf there are great coworkers, there are also some who are a bit hard to understand. Another challenge is that, there are less room for financial growth, there are no honorariums as far as i know, no hazard pay, but the rate is ok so I guess that might compensate for the missing pays (i forgot the term)

    The good thingsWorking under pressure is an advantage. The company gave me a chance to work more efficient and effective. APMD gave me a way to do a lot of decision making that helped me to be more independent and decisive.

    TRAINING GROUND
    The good thingsYou will learn lot of things here. It serves as good training ground especially to the newly graduates. The employees here are fun to work with and are very accommodating.
    The challengesYou will be given task which are not related to your field but in the end you will still benefit. They are not particular to the to the course you have taken.
