A good place to start.The good thingsThe work place is nice. It is a good place to work at. The gadgets and devices are updated. the bosses are nice and very professional. they treat everyone fairly. I don't see favoritism.There are opportunities that will give you good experience.People are nice too though some are not that approachable. You don't have to worry about your rights as an employee because the company will protect you.
The challengesI think the challenge here is that you have to be very careful on your work otherwise some people may notice you and give comments about your work. You have to be nice but don't forget your right to speak and share what you think is right and should be done. You have to be transparent but you should choose the right approach and the right attitude towards others. Just know where you should stand.
