    The good thingsI enjoy working here because my workmates are mostly within my age group. Also, we have the same humor, energy, and life experiences. These similarities makes the communication easier and lighter. Five working days only; workload and overtime are manageable.

    The good thingsOn time salary, Department Heads are all approchable, Friendly workmates,
    The challengesOne-sided HR, unsure of how to handle tensions. Policies mean nothing if HR is your friend. When issues arise, they always direct them to the main office rather than addressing them with the department heads. Many employees left because of this. along with the slow movement in salary increases

    I will give a low rate mark for my salary before at ASIA BREWERY INC, that was because i was employed in a agency, and not as a direct hired employee.
    The good thingsWhat is good is that our supervisor on that time, was allowing us to Drink and take some beer products from the production office, You will celebrate your birthday having lots of bottled beer and softdrinks..
    The challengesThe biggest challenge is how to get to the Company, We ride on a bike together with some of my co-worker, because only the regular employees are benifited by the shuttle service provided by the company, an unluckilly i work from the UJD manpower agency only.
