    The good thingsWorking here gives a lot of experience. It has good working environment, employees are great. They treated them as family. Salary is average. The working schedule from monday to friday is great.

    The challengesOver the years they have had to slowly upgrade the standards and it was quite a challenge as budget and demand was low for a while until recently.

    The good thingsFriendly coworkers in Engineering, warehouse and production department but lacks on benefits, salary upgrading and on carreer growth.

    A good, if not he best experience.
    The good thingsFriendly and relaxed work environment. Personnel help each other to achieve e.g. production goals and delivery requirements. If something goes wrong, there are no pointing fingers or blaming anyone, everybody works to resolve the issue. Being a small company, the relationship between personnel, from CEO to line workers are someone personal. Everybody knows what other employees need and how they ca
