    Work experience- wise, it's good but too much office politics that sometimes compensates employees job stability and security.
    The good thingsPros: - Flexi- time - On-time monthly salary release
    The challengesCons: - Poor salary incentives/ rewards especially for long-tenure employees. - Very poor management/ care for the employees - Slow workflow of documents and internal work requests. - Too much politics

    Worst working environment
    The good thingsThe top management is good.
    The challengesThe top management is good but working with the Department Heads is the worst. They are too political and if you are doing good at your job, you will earn their ire and work against you. Hence, working environment is bad and you cannot trust anybody. Poor collaboration and teamwork as they only do things that could benefit themselves (and their friends) at the expense of their own teams.
