    The good thingsMy internship at Ascenders has been a great learning experience in logistics, specifically in 201 file management, employee onboarding, and event preparation. I've gained hands-on experience in efficiently managing 201 files, ensuring organized and accessible records. The team's guidance has been instrumental in mastering this aspect of logistics.Participating in employee onboarding has provided valuable insights into creating a seamless integration process. I appreciate the team's support, allowing me to contribute to this crucial aspect of HR. Event preparation has been a dynamic and exciting part of my internship. I've been involved in coordinating logistics for various events, honing my organizational and multitasking skills.
    The challengesThe challenges I experience during my internship is the location, it’s far from my home, making my commute as an intern is difficult. However, in terms of working as an intern at ABS, I haven’t encountered any problem because I’ve learned a lot.
