    Polylite offers a supportive and creatively rewarding work environment with modern equipment and good work-life balance.
    The good thingsPolylite is a great place to work with supportive people, responsive management, wellness programs, a free gym, and a work-life balance with only one required Saturday shift. The video and editing equipment are up to standards, and you’re given creative freedom when creating videos.
    The challengesBe ready to wear many hats! You'll play the roles of writer, director, videographer, audio tech, and producer. Make sure to have an experience in video production when applying for this role.

    Daily work is very enjoyable, no drama and no frills. The vibe is very casual yet also formal; people respect each other. Culture is top-notch, with wellness activities every Friday which is very enjoyable. Sometimes work becomes hectic, but always to a manageable degree. Pay is low considering the cost of living, especially for people starting in the corporate world.

    Overall, the experience is great for a fresh graduate. The pay is also above the average for a fresh graduate engineer (licensed/not licensed). However, the tasks may sometimes be beyond the expected for your role in the company. This can either be a good or bad thing. Good because it allows you to expand your horizon but can be bad if it requires a skill that is outside of your skillset (which would require additional training). Even then, I would still recommend fresh graduates or even experienced ones to apply to this company as the pay is usually better compared to others.

They value employee input and maintain a collaborative, respectful work environment. As a fresh graduate, I found the company very welcoming. The onboarding process, training, and mentorship made my transition smooth and helped me grow quickly.
