A working environment everyone wishes for.The good thingsFirst, aside from a good salary, the benefits are almost complete (from health, allowances, insurances, etc.). My co-employees are very much approachable and easy to deal resulting to a harmonious working environment. Those who were in the top management are very much willing to share their knowledge and help their subordinates in every way possible. The company is complete with activities like Valentines, Team Building, Halloween, Christmas Party; just to name a few, where I consider it as a break for every employees. Well, these were just few of many good things the Management can offer to all of its employees.
The challengesIt's a challenge to be fluent in English in terms of speaking and writing as we deal with Japanese. Some of the top management and employees are Japanese and English is the only language that can break the barrier of misunderstanding. One challenge also is how to deal with time management. Time is precious. Working with Japanese and adapting to their working system, I can say, one should know how to manage your time; be always on time and meet deadlines for every tasks given to you.
