    The good thingsYou can explore to different places and able to work with a variety of people around you. Getting promotion sooner if you give your best doing your job. You can have an instant family----eating meals together in one table.
    The challengesRiding a motorcycles at night when you still have clients whose not able to pay their weekly obligations. Distant from your birth family. Able to cope up with your new housemate's attitudes.

    Salary and benefits are good. You meet different people with different views, cultures, you can go to different places. Actually, this is real good for unmarried people because you will be assigned anywhere and this is too hard for those having their own family as you'll be working distant from them.

    The challengesYou are working distant from your family and I could feel that "family bonding" is a rarity in this field. You will deal with different clients with different attitudes, and so with those ill-tempered ones. Thus, patience is a virtue.

    The good thingsWorking in ASA Phil is awesome and very adventurous because you can experience the different types of social interactions towards your clients and colleagues. And also, you can travel to many places which is really matter to me during the time I had spent with the Foundation.
    The challengesBut remember this job is seriously not easy because it is kinda risky for some specially in collection part - your task is to carry your collection back to office which prone to holdup and robberies.
